Diagnostic Immunology uses antigen/ antibody reactions to diagnose diseases caused by the immune system reacting to a substance in the body.

The substance can be an external factor, such as a virus or bacteria, or an internal substance, such as an auto-immune reaction to a naturally occurring hormone or type of cell.  KSL's Diagnostic Immunology division is expanding our test menu to include other types of diagnostic tests.
