Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is the most common childhood cancer, but also occurs in adults.
ALL develops from the overproduction of immature lymphocytes, leading to too many immature leukemic lymphoblasts in the blood and an imbalance in the normal percentages of cells.
FISH testing identifies the genetic changes underlying this disease.
