$16.00 to $22.00/hour, depending on overall experience in Phlebotomy
KSL Diagnostics is seeking a Certified Phlebotomist to join the team responsible for obtaining samples via both oropharyngeal swabs and/or venipuncture. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking qualified professionals on a full time, part time, and per diem basis, with availability to work a rotation of Saturdays for specimen collection.
ALL PROPER PPE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU BY KSL DIAGNOSTICS
Education, skills, & experience requirements:
2 years of work experience as a Phlebotomist
RNs looking for per diem will also be considered
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Good verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
This position is responsible for leading a team of medical technologists under the supervision of lab directors using molecular diagnostics to test patient specimens for oncological and immunological conditions, including pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical processes associated with specimen processing, test performance and reporting. We are evaluating hires for all shifts.
New York State licensed medical technologist
Expertise with a range of molecular methods and instrumentation including RT-PCR
Three or more years experience in a molecular diagnostics laboratory
Management / team leadership experience
BS or higher degree in biology, chemistry or related scientific field
